Product manual for defoamers (carbon alcohols and polyethers)
Product Name: Carbon Alcohol Defoamer, Polyether Defoamer (specifically for papermaking)
Product Model: Mainly used in the papermaking industry
Performance characteristics:
Foam refers to the air generated by external impact into the water and then floats up to the surface. Due to the high viscosity concentration of water, the outer layer of foam cannot be exploded in time to eliminate bubbles; This kind of foam will burst under the pressure of felt cloth during the process of paper mesh forming, resulting in holes in the paper or uneven paper surface, affecting the paper quality. Defoamer is to add a small amount of foam breaking materials to the water for these bubbles, and then the foam in the water can be completely removed!
1. Performance and function of high carbon alcohol defoamers:
A、 Removing microbubbles, effectively breaking bubbles, and long-lasting foam suppression; Has good degassing and defoaming performance;
B、 Excellent performance in the temperature range of 20-40 ℃;
C、; Good compatibility, does not cause wetting defects;

Usage: ⑴ Take this agent and add it directly to the high-level tank. After thorough mixing, it can be used; ⑵ Add dropwise to the white water tank using the drip method; If necessary, it can also be diluted for use. If diluted on-site, add water directly at a ratio of 1:5, but it should be used up in a timely manner to prevent deterioration over time. The mixing speed should not be too fast during the mixing process, and it should be stirred evenly.
Packaging, storage, and transportation suggestions: Our company's product is mainly packaged in 25kg, 200kg, and ton boxes; Defoamers are suitable for storage at 5-35 ℃ and should not be placed near heat sources or exposed to sunlight. According to general chemical storage methods, ensure sealing after use to avoid deterioration. Shelf life: 6-8 months.
