Whitening agent product manual
Whitening agent is a rapidly developing type of white dye, whose function is to whiten and brighten. It can improve the whiteness and glossiness of the processed object without damaging it. This whitening agent is the most important whitening agent in the whitening agent series, accounting for more than 70% of the total whitening agent production in China. Over the years, this product has been very popular.
1、 Physical and chemical properties:
This product is a light yellow uniform powder with a clear and slightly purple color tone. It is soluble in more than 80 times the amount of soft water and is anionic. Its acid and alkali resistance is suitable for pH 6-11 and pH 8-9 dyeing solubility. Resistant to hard water up to 300PPM, resistant to mobile ions up to 0.75%, stable to sodium hydrosulfite, but not resistant to heavy metal ions such as copper and iron. Can be mixed with anionic and nonionic surfactants, directly acidic and other anionic dyes, but should not be dissolved and used in the same way as cationic dyes, surfactants, and synthetic resins.
2、 Product Usage:
Mainly used for whitening and brightening cotton fabrics and plant fibers, as well as for whitening in industries such as papermaking, synthetic detergents, and coatings.
3、 Product execution standard: National standard GB10661-96
1. Appearance: Light yellow uniform powder:
2. Intensity score: 100 points
3. Color light approaching - micro
4. The difference between the whiteness value and the standard whiteness value is ≥ -2
5. Insoluble substances in water ≤ 0.5%
6. Moisture content ≤ 5%
7. Fineness 100 mesh sieve residue ≤ 10%
4、 Product application:
Whitening during the papermaking process:
In the production process, the required whitening agent is directly or dissolved in water and continuously added to the pulp. However, it should be added before using alum or cationic additives. Whitening agents have a medium to high affinity for fibers, and the degree of whiteness obtained is related to dyeing time and pulp consistency. When the pulp consistency in the production system is the highest, adding whitening agents can achieve the best whitening effect.
5、 Product and dosage:
In the printing industry, whitening agents can be directly added to the dye vat and dissolved in water before use. Dosage: 0.08-0.3%, solubility ratio: 1:40, optimal dyeing bath temperature: 60 ℃.
In the paper industry, dissolve whitening agents in pulp or coatings with 80 times the amount of water, with a dosage of 1-2 kilograms of dry paper or dry coating weight.
The amount of whitening agent used and the degree of improvement in the whiteness value of the original pulp should depend on the whiteness of the original pulp. Users can use the ingredients according to the process requirements and paper requirements
6、 Packaging and Storage:
This product is packaged in 25kg bags or can be packaged according to user requirements. Storage should be placed in a cool and dry place to prevent moisture. The storage period is three years.
