1、 Performance of De Ink Agent Products:

This additive mainly uses non-ionic and anionic active agents, with the addition of special de ink agents, ink capture agents, chelating agents, separation agents, and other refined active substances. It has the function of protecting fibers, allowing ink to quickly detach from fibers, and quickly preventing re adsorption after de ink removal. It is easy to float and wash, energy-saving and water-saving. After de ink, the pulp whiteness can reach 80-85%, and the ink removal rate can reach over 95%.

Appearance: White powdery solid

Effective active substance: greater than 99.9%

3、 Scope of application of ink remover:

The deinked pulp suitable for waste book paper, book paper, news paper, and copperplate paper can be used to make glossy paper, news paper, toilet paper, and cultural paper.

1. Washing method: 0.5-0.7% per ton of paper; 2. Flotation method: 0.4-0.6% per ton of paper used

5、 【 Instructions for using ink remover 】:

Hydraulic pulper de ink method:

(1) Measure 0.02% of the de ink agent for backup, and sequentially add it to the hydraulic pulper with hot water. After starting the pulper for 3 minutes, the waste paper can be put into use.

(2) The pulp concentration requirement is 13-15% (within 140-160KG of waste paper for a 1-ton capacity pulper). Start the pulper for 25-35 minutes, stop and incubate for 5-10 minutes to achieve the best effect.

(3) After releasing the slurry, it should be concentrated and washed in a timely manner to prevent ink from re depositing on the fibers due to prolonged storage. Adding a small amount of ink remover during washing can achieve unexpected results.
