1、 [Performance of Cylinder Adhesive Products]:

This adhesive is an aqueous polymer solution processed from polyamide and protective additives that can bond under humidity in a Yankee dryer.

This product is a newly developed technological innovation, mainly used to adjust the formation of coatings on the Yangke dryer and the adhesion of the paper web.

The application of this product in the production of paper and cardboard has been widely practiced by manufacturers. It meets the hygiene standards of food and consumer goods and is mainly used for household paper.

2、 Physical properties of cylinder adhesive:

Appearance: Light yellow transparent liquid; Water solubility: easily soluble in water;       

Ionic: cationic; Specific gravity (20 ℃): 1.05-1.08 g/cm ³;   DCP  :< 1 ppm

1. When used on high-speed household paper machines, it can effectively improve wrinkling;

2. Spray on the surface of the Yankee dryer to form a thick coating to protect the dryer;

4、 【 Usage and dosage of cylinder adhesive 】:

This product can be used alone or in combination with a stripping agent. It can be added to pulp or used in spray cans.

When the spray cylinder is used, the special spray system is usually used to spray directly to the surface of the drying cylinder. Before use, the liquid medicine should be stored for enough time to make the temperature reach room temperature. By changing the chemical composition of the coating and the dosage of the agent, the flexibility, thickness, ductility, and operational performance of the coating can be adjusted, and the effectiveness of use is also affected by the equipment.

The selection of product combination, dosage, and product model can be determined by the company's technical personnel based on specific circumstances.

5、 Packaging and Storage of Adhesive Cylinder Agent:

1. This product is packaged in plastic drums with net weights of 25kg and 200kg per drum, or special packaging can be used as needed. Store indoors in a cool and ventilated place, avoid direct sunlight, and store in a sealed environment at a humidity of 5-35 ℃ for a period of 6 months.
