User Manual for Deepening and Brightening Agent Products

Our company's newly developed darkening and brightening agent is a new type of specialized papermaking additive that enhances the color of paper. It has significant effects on enhancing the color, brightening, and freshness of camouflage paper and colored paper, significantly improving the problem of dull paper color and insufficient color fading and brightness after contact with air, and increasing the quality level of paper;

1、 Product features:

1. Deepening and brightening the color of paper, increasing the vividness of the color after coloring the paper;

2. Can reduce pigment usage by 1/4: After using this agent, the deep coloring of paper fibers by deepening the pigment can improve the coloring degree of the paper, enhance the effectiveness of dye use, and save pigment usage by more than 20%;

3. It can reinforce the firmness of dye color, enhance the color's resistance to light and oxidation, and prevent color fading, color fading, and whitening problems caused by exposure to sunlight and air;

4. Improving water purification efficiency: After using a darkening and brightening agent, the fixed color ions in the agent accelerate the penetration and adsorption of dye material components on paper fibers, reducing the loss of dyes in wastewater, lowering the residual dye content and treatment pressure in wastewater, and significantly improving water quality indicators.

2、 Physical indicators:

1. Appearance: Solid white powder; 2. Solubility: easily soluble in water;

3. PH value: 6-7; 4. Solid content: 90; 5. Effective content: 99%;

3、 Usage:

1. After washing and grinding the slurry, add a darkening and brightening agent along with the dye; If using fresh-keeping powder while adding it for stirring; Mixing time of 30-40 minutes or more; The longer the stirring time, the better the effect;

2. Usage: Usage is measured in tons of dry paper. For the first use, 2-2.5 kilograms of finished paper will be used for 1 ton; The normal usage amount is 1-2 kilograms. If conditions permit, factories can add depth and color enhancers while adding 4-5 kilograms of fresh-keeping powder for better results!

3. The ratio of depth enhancer to preservative powder is 1:4, which is the optimal addition ratio; For example, the dosage of darkening and brightening agent is 1 kilogram, and the dosage of fresh-keeping powder is 4 kilograms

If the amount of depth enhancer used is 2kg, then the amount of preservative powder used is 8kg

4、 Usage tips:

1. This product belongs to high-purity products, with reduced usage and significant effects; Please pay attention to sealing the bag opening in a timely manner after opening it to avoid prolonged exposure to air, which may cause moisture, clumping, and oxidation, affecting the effectiveness of use;

2. This product should not be swallowed. When using, wear a mask to prevent dust from being inhaled into the respiratory tract. If it comes into contact with the eyes or skin, rinse with water in a timely manner.

5、 Storage packaging and preservation:

The packaging specification for the darkening and brightening agent is 25KG/bag, and it should be stored in a dry, cool, ventilated place, away from fire; Shelf life is 9-12 months.
