Dispersants belong to anionic charges: used for dispersing pulp, fine textured toilet paper (white solid, like white sugar)
The supplied product is R-160 polymer dispersant from Japan's "Mingcheng", which has a molecular weight of 22 million.
Its characteristics are:
1. Stable quality, good paper output effect, uniform paper texture, good fineness, softness, and tensile strength, which can improve the paper output by one level compared to your previous ones;
2. Low usage, 1 kilogram can replace the effect of 1.5 kilograms of domestic dispersants, and the amount of paper used per ton is only about 1-1.5 kilograms:
3. Having PEO properties, it can partially replace PEO and be used as a high-end dispersant
Operation method:
1. Dissolve for 45-60 minutes with a dosage of 0.2-0.3 ‰. Place 200-300 grams of [one kilogram of water+0.2-0.3 grams of dispersant] in one ton of finished paper (do not put too much, it will not move). When dissolving, stir the dissolution tank
2. Add 1/2 water to dilute evenly, then discharge the material (slowly pour the dispersant into the mixer faucet)
3. Add points inside the net cage
The papermaking industry uses general cationic or anionic/cationic charges, and this product has anionic charges.
