Adding this product can enhance the stiffness and tensile strength of paper products, significantly increasing the stiffness and hardness of the paper. The ring crush strength, folding resistance and bursting resistance of corrugated paper and board paper are also significantly improved, especially under high-temperature and high-humidity conditions.

Iii. Product Features

This product has strong film-forming properties and can change the structure of starch molecules, effectively preventing small water molecules (moisture) in the air from penetrating into the paper fibers, thus maintaining the original ring pressure of the paper for a long time.

2. As this product can improve the film-forming and curing properties of starch, it can increase the ring pressure by 0.5 to 1 ring after the curing period, solving the problem of reduced ring pressure after the paper mill is taken off the machine.

Iv. Process Technology:

1. Addition in the slurry: Slowly sprinkle it into the slurry mixing tank. Paper usage per ton: 3-5 kilograms per ton of paper.

2. Surface sizing machine addition: 2-3kg per ton of paper. Addition method: Weigh a certain amount of corrugated paper moisture-proof enhancer and pour it into the starch pre-mixing tank for dilution. Then, heat it together with the starch at 95 degrees to gelatinize. The operation method is the same as the conventional surface sizing starch gelatinization method. Keep it warm and dilute, then filter and apply the sizing.

3. Addition sequence: Just add it before gelatinizing the starch.

V. Performance in Use:

This product, when added to the surface sizing starch paste, can prevent the paper from getting damp, improve its stiffness, enhance its flatness compared to before, and increase its smoothness. Especially, it can increase the ring crush index of corrugated paper and prevent the finished paper from getting damp.

Vi. Precautions:
