1、 Oil remover product performance:

At present, in order to reduce production costs, paper companies adopt the production process of secondary fiber recycling, especially for silicon oil paper, stainless steel liner paper, etc. in waste paper, oil based moisture-proof, waterproof, and oil resistant additives are added during the papermaking process. In the pulp making process, they cannot be broken and reused due to their insolubility in water. Therefore, it causes difficulties in recycling for factories that produce or use oily paper for papermaking. Even if the beating time is extended, it is difficult to achieve good results, and the quality of the resulting pulp is low. Due to excessive oil content, problems such as bleaching can easily occur during the papermaking process, which affects the fineness, texture, and production quality of the paper. The degreaser developed by our company can effectively remove oil from paper, reduce the difficulty of recycling waste paper, improve pulp quality, and can be directly used for pulping and papermaking. It is non-toxic and does not affect the effectiveness of paper sizing or other additives.

2、 Product physical and chemical indicators:

Appearance: Light yellow viscous liquid; Specific gravity: 0.91; PH value: 7-8; Effective content: 99%

3、 Usage and dosage:

Depending on the oil content of the waste paper, it is approximately 1.5-2.5kg; the specific amount will be determined in actual production. (Before use, dilute with 3-5 times 80 degree water and add directly to the pulper after dilution)

When in use, the hydraulic pulper can be used separately to remove oil, or it can be carried out simultaneously with the de ink process. After adding hot water and degreasing agent to the pulper, the waste paper can be put into the machine and the machine can be started for disintegration. The water temperature should be above 70-80 ℃, and the pH value should be adjusted with alkali to be greater than 8-10 (note: using 10Kg~15kg of alkali per ton of paper can achieve a pH value of 10-11).

4、 Attention:

The amount of this product used is determined based on the oil content of the waste paper during use. If the user encounters abnormal situations or poor oil removal effect during the pulp making process, the amount of oil removal agent should be supplemented. Throughout the oil removal process, the water temperature should be maintained at no less than 80 ℃. After discharging the pulp, it should be immediately concentrated and dehydrated to prevent long-term oil contamination of the pulp. During use, the product is not dangerous. After direct contact with the skin, rinse with plenty of water.

5、 Packaging and storage:

Pay attention to heat and moisture prevention, store in a cool and dry place, with room temperature below 35 degrees Celsius; The shelf life is six months when sealed at room temperature.
