1、 Characteristics of Deodorizer Products:

With the increase of national environmental protection efforts, paper companies are adopting closed cycle water and zero discharge, low discharge sewage treatment processes. But as a result, there are more and more small fibers in the circulating water of papermaking, causing pulp fibers to rot and deteriorate, increasing microorganisms, producing various microbial bacteria, causing sewage to become acidic and odorous, and also polluting the system, resulting in the paper produced also producing a sour and odorous taste, which cannot meet the quality requirements. Our company has developed a new type of high-efficiency deodorizing agent product, which quickly helps manufacturers to remove acid and odor from sewage. The effect is very satisfactory, and many manufacturers have solved the problems caused by sour and odorous sewage and black sewage.

This deodorizing agent is developed using new materials and belongs to a new type of environmentally friendly product. Its effect is immediate, the quality is stable, the usage is small, the cost is low, it is harmless to the human body, and it will not cause secondary pollution to the environment. It can quickly eliminate paper odors, completely eliminate sour and odorous odors in the air, and achieve the effect of improving the papermaking environment and purifying air quality. 2、 Main characteristics and functions of deodorant products:

1. It can quickly remove any acidic, odorous, fishy or other polluting odors caused by sewage or decaying materials in any paper mill, printing and dyeing plant, washing and dyeing plant, sewage treatment plant, poultry slaughterhouse or other factories;

2. The use of this deodorizer can quickly purify the water quality of sewage, so that black, deteriorated, and discolored sewage and odorous water can immediately eliminate the odor after adding this deodorizer, no longer emitting odor or blackening. It can quickly turn polluted wastewater that has become odorous and blackened into light white water, which can be recycled and reused, and can maintain the water quality without odor, acidity, or odor all year round. Sewage can be recycled and reused all year round;

3. Purify the papermaking system process, remove the pulp in the process, avoid the pulp floating on the surface of the net cage and causing problems such as paper and cloth sticking, reduce quality problems caused by pulp, and keep the system clean;

3、 Dosage and usage method of deodorizer:

1. How to remove the sour and unpleasant smell of paper:

Dilute and stir this agent with water in a ratio of 1:3, then add it to the mixing tank (grinding tank) and stir evenly for 60-90 minutes before use.

2. The usage method of adding sewage tank to solve the problem of acidic and odorous sewage:

After mixing and dissolving the deodorizing agent with water in a ratio of 1:20, place it in a plastic bucket and continuously drip it into the sewage tank through a valve. As long as the deodorizer can be fully and evenly integrated with sewage, the effect of deodorizing and decolorizing sewage can be achieved.

3. Deodorizer laboratory trial method: First, prepare 1 liter of sewage. In addition, use a cup to hold 5 grams of deodorizer and dilute it with 25-30 grams of water, stirring evenly. Add it to the sewage and stir evenly again, then let it stand for 1.5 hours. When standing still, stir the sewage every 10 minutes to accelerate the chemical reaction between the deodorizer and the sewage. After a reaction time of 1.5 hours, all sour and unpleasant odors will be eliminated, and the color of the sewage will turn white.

Attention: Deodorizer must be diluted with clean water before pouring into the sewage tank. If the deodorizer is directly sprayed into the sewage, it will cause the deodorizer to sink into the mud at the bottom of the tank and be buried by the mud, seriously affecting the deodorizing effect. In addition, when standing still, the container for holding sewage should be kept open for air circulation.

4、 [Precautions for Deodorizers]:

Although this deodorizer has a super strong effect, it should be continuously added during use to ensure long-term stable deodorization of the system. The first addition should increase the dosage by 1-2 times, and then reduce the usage after the entire pulp making system has no odor.

5、 Deodorizer packaging and storage:

Deodorizer safety precautions:

1. This product must not come into contact with water or be exposed to moisture during storage, otherwise it may undergo oxygen release and heat generation reactions;

2. When stored in the warehouse, it must be stored separately from flammable and explosive materials, and should not be stored together with chemical products such as strong sulfur, hydrogen, reducing agents, oxidants, etc. Deodorizing agents themselves do not burn, but other products will release oxygen when exposed to heat, which can cause combustion reactions;

3. During high temperatures such as summer, direct sunlight should not be allowed, and storage should be cool, dry, and well ventilated;

4. For products that have been opened, be sure to fasten the mouth in a timely manner to avoid moisture and oxidation.

5. Store in a cool and dry place, with a shelf life of 12 months;
