3、 Enhancement mechanism
The bonding of hydrogen chains between fibers and electrostatic adsorption are the reasons why paper has dry strength. This resin contains various active genes that can generate strong intermolecular interactions and hydrogen bonding with hydroxyl groups on fibers. This resin needs to form coordination bonds with fibers through AL+3 and other means. The polymer can simultaneously penetrate the entire fiber and particles, undergo physical winding crystallization and adsorption, and play a reinforcing role. All physical indicators have been improved to varying degrees. This resin additive is also an efficient dispersant for fibers, which can make the fiber distribution in the pulp more uniform, resulting in increased bonding between fibers and molecules, thereby improving dry strength.
This resin can increase the bonding strength between fibers in paper, thereby improving the strength indicators mainly based on bonding, such as fracture length, flexural strength, stiffness, surface abrasion, surface tensile strength, etc. All physical indicators have been improved to varying degrees.
4、 Main benefits:

6、 Instructions for use (solid product dissolution method)
1. Requirements for dissolution conditions: Use non-metallic containers with agitators, and the dissolved water quality should be clean water; The water temperature is around 10-25 ℃ with clean water.
2. Dissolve the material according to the ratio of 1 kilogram of retention aid to 150 kilograms of clean water. Add 1/2 water to the tank first, then discharge and start stirring, with a dissolution time of 70-90 minutes.
3. Process: Auxiliary liquid → Add to mixing tank → Mix and stir with pulp → 30 minutes or more → Machine production.
4. Addition location: For enhancement purposes, it should be added as much as possible to the white water pool, net cage, or high-level box,
7、 Attention:
1. Attention should be paid to the first use: As this product is cationic, it will lose its effectiveness when in contact with equipment and other metals. Therefore, please increase the input amount by 1/3 for the first use; Return to normal usage after using a process; 2. The storage temperature of the product is below 28 ℃. Diluted should be used promptly.
3. If the product dosage is small and the effect is not ideal, but increasing the dosage results in uneven paper surface, the method of reducing the concentration of the "multiple retention enhancer" solution and increasing the flow rate can be used to improve the use of the "multiple retention enhancer", or the position of adding the multiple retention enhancer can be moved back to prolong the mixing time of the solution in the pulp. It is most ideal to directly mix it into the pulp tank and add it separately from other additives, which can also solve the above-mentioned problems. But the storage time of the slurry should not be too long, and the dosage should be moderately increased.
When using tap water with high chlorine content to dissolve, some baking soda can be added appropriately, usually 3-7g per ton of water.
8、 Application example: 1. This product uses low additive costs to improve quality and save pulp. Each ton of pulp can produce more than 50 kilograms of finished paper. This product can improve the flatness, smoothness, and fineness of the hanging cardboard, reduce the embossing and wrinkles on the paper pages, enhance the strength and appearance quality of the cardboard, make the surface gloss consistent, and significantly improve the tear resistance. By adding 15-20% talc powder without reducing the quality, this product can increase the retention rate of fine fibers in cardboard and corrugated paper by 80-90%, save 10-15% pulp, add a small amount of finished paper ash, and significantly increase the quantity. The tear length, ring pressure, and various physical properties are also significantly improved. 2. Application of Multi Element Retention Enhancer in Writing Paper and Newsprint. Adding this product can improve the strength of writing paper, enhance surface properties, save raw materials, reduce production costs, and increase the ash content of waste paper. 3. It can improve the retention rate of small fibers in the filler, improve the hand feel of the paper, significantly increase the uniformity from 75% to 78%, and reduce the smoothness of the paper and the difference between the front and back from 19.5% to 14.2%. 4.
