Product Manual for Toilet Paper Softener

1、 [Introduction to Softener Products]:

The toilet paper special "softener" product developed and sold by our company belongs to the quaternary ammonium salt type paper softener, which is specifically used as a papermaking additive for toilet paper. This paper softener is a type of additive that can adsorb onto fibers to increase the softness of the paper. By using this additive, the comfort and softness of toilet paper can be greatly improved.  

This softener was developed based on the new needs and requirements of modern people for the continuous improvement of toilet paper quality. It can significantly improve the hand feel of paper products, enhance the surface softness of household paper, and have excellent effects on the water absorption, anti-static, and antibacterial properties of paper.

Solid content 52%: active ingredient ≥ 30% Storage stability: 6 months at room temperature

4、 【 Instructions for using softener 】:

Dilute the softener with soft water at least 10 times the dry weight of 0.5-1% of the pulp, and add it at positions such as the pre pulp tank, mixing box, and inlet of the flushing pump.  

5、 Softener packaging and storage:

1. This product is packaged in plastic drums with a net weight of 25kg, 50kg, or 200kg per drum

2. It should be stored in a cool and sealed place, and protected from sunlight and freezing during storage and transportation. The storage validity period is six months from the production date.
