1. This product contains highly efficient moisture wicking ingredients that can quickly soften paper. It is specifically designed for high moisture strength paper and can quickly soften hard and dense high moisture strength paper such as banknote paper, silicone oil paper, stainless steel paper, wall paper, fruit bag paper, copperplate paper, as well as high moisture strength kraft paper, packaging paper, etc. It can quickly soften paper, loosen fiber structure, degrade moisture strength, quickly decompose pulp, and produce pulp with good uniformity, high pulp yield, low residual substances, and stable pulp output.

2. Increasing the beating speed can increase the beating time by more than 40-50%, greatly improving production capacity, achieving rapid beating, increasing output, and saving time.

3. All wet strength papers have a quick pulping function.

3、 [Dosage and usage method of wet strength dissociation agent]:

This product can only work when used in a ratio of wet strength dissociating agent and promoter, and can have a significant effect on all high wet strength papers. The usage of ordinary wet strength paper is around 3-4 kilograms per ton, while for high wet strength paper with higher wet strength, the usage is 6-8 kilograms. Different ratios and dosages can also be used according to the different wet strength contents of different paper types for users.

The accelerator can be proportioned according to a dosage of 0.5 kilograms per ton of paper;

Operation method:

Example 1: If the ratio of 1 ton of waste paper to 4 kilograms of wet strength dissociating agent and 0.5 kilograms of accelerator is used for feeding, 20 kilograms of sodium hypochlorite or hydrogen peroxide solution should be added for bleaching; When cutting, the material should be cut twice before and after, that is, when starting to release water, half of the wet strength dissociation agent and half of the accelerator should be added, and half of the sodium hypochlorite water should be added at the same time. When the amount of waste paper reaches 2/3, then put the remaining half of the chemical into it.

Example 2: If a quantity of 4 kilograms of moisture release agent is added to 1 ton of paper, and a quantity of 1.5 tons of paper is added to one pool, the chemical process for one pool is: 6 kilograms of moisture release agent+0.75 kilograms of accelerator. The operation sequence is: 1. First, add 1/3 of hot water to the pulping pool → add 3 kilograms of moisture release agent+0.37 kilograms of accelerator → if there is sodium hypochlorite bleaching solution, add 10 kilograms; if there is no sodium hypochlorite, add 10 kilograms of hydrogen peroxide, do not add other chemicals → then add waste paper to start pulping.

2. After all the waste paper is put away, add the remaining 3 kilograms of dissociation agent and 0.25 kilograms of accelerator, and then add 10 kilograms of sodium hypochlorite bleaching solution or 10 kilograms of hydrogen peroxide. According to this ratio, the beating time can be reduced by half;

3. If there is ink in the pulping process, a de ink agent of 5kg/ton of paper and 25kg/ton of hydrogen peroxide can be added for de ink treatment.

4、 Explanation for special situations encountered with wet strength dissociation agents:
